Refund policy
RETURNS
Fired Rose returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since the date you received your purchase, then no refund or exchange will be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift vouchers
- Earrings
- Bespoke Jewellery
- Gift Wrapping
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days. If an exchange is requested, I will endeavour to get this to you within 7-14 days after goods received.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please contact your card company and bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and there is often some processing time involved.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should email sarah@firedrose.co.uk with this request. You will then be provided with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service with adequate shipping insurance such as Royal Mail special delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if not and in the unfortunate event that your item is lost in transit, we will not be liable for replacing or refunding lost goods.
